Privacy policy

We process your personal data (e.g. salutation, name, address, email, phone) only in accordance with German data protection law and EU law. The following provisions describe purposes, recipients, legal bases, retention periods, your rights and the controller responsible for processing.

When you visit our website, your browser automatically sends information to our server, which is temporarily stored in a log file. We cannot influence this. The following data may be collected without your active input until automated deletion:

  • IP address of the requesting device,
  • date and time of access,
  • name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • website from which access was made (referrer URL),
  • browser used and, where applicable, operating system and name of your access provider.

The legal basis for processing the IP address is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests follow from the purposes listed below. We do not use this data to identify you directly.

(1) Purpose of processing
Data collected in connection with an enquiry is processed solely to handle and perform your request for our services.

We use your device IP address and the other data listed above for the following purposes:

  • ensuring a stable connection,
  • ensuring comfortable use of our website,
  • evaluating system security and stability,
  • detecting and preventing fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents and harmful activity.

Data is stored for 12 months and then deleted automatically.

§ 3 Rights of the data subject

If we process your personal data, you have rights under the GDPR (Articles 15–22), including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, safeguards for automated decisions, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
